Why-Loop Audit
We offer a financials oriented 1-4 week audit to assess how well your business's activities and resources are aligned to business goals - what's the financial prize if everybody understands exactly WHAT needs to be done, HOW and WHY.

Knowledge Execution
Knowledge can be codified and shared in a way not possible before; there are no knowledge silos. Codified knowledge can also be transformed into playbooks to control execution step by step. Imagine the improvement in performance if your best knowledge (which is usually locked away in one person�s head) was instantly available to anyone who needed it - your best people inside everyone�s heads.
There are two playbook modes:
Standard Playbooks - WHAT-HOW-WHY proven procedures are presented in easy to read book form. A simple mind map is accompanied by explanatory text. The system can track who�s viewed or downloaded what. Procedure changes can be automatically propagated with alerts. Self-Certification and other governance controls can be applied.
Interactive Playbooks - User selects situation and clicks. The interactive playbook automatically presents the next step to the user, working all the way through the WHAT-HOW-WHY Knowledge Gene®. If required, entry fields can also be presented for capturing information as the user steps through the playbook. Administrators can receive automatic compliance tracking.
Additionally, you can write your own dialogs to assist execution of any Knowledge Gene® using our standard API.
Alerts & Dashboards
Because Knowledge Genes® maps HOW versus WHY, cause-and-effect, from top to bottom of the business - it gives you the ideal Business-Intelligence and Performance-Management architecture - an enterprise-wide metrics framework that everyone understands.
And this enterprise-wide metrics framework can immediately be brought to life, immediately implemented, via dashboards & alerts - a 'thin layer' that acquires information from multiple sources to give performance management transparency from root-causes & operational processes all the way up to enterprise goals.
Knowledge Genes® offer fast return on investment - critical Performance Management solutions are typically implemented in less than a month. Oversee, test and certify what people are doing. Use Knowledge Genes® to define compliant ways of working and then use the integrated Governance, Risk & Compliance Management plug-in to enable risks, regulations, controls, certifications, assessments and other key information to be managed and indexed into these Knowledge Genes®.
Compliance

Because a Knowledge Gene® knows WHAT needs to be done, HOW, and most importantly WHY, it can be used to control and orchestrate application components to support Knowledge Work day-to-day.
A number of prebuilt application components are available but the Application Orchestration Engine comes with a comprehensive API for those wishing to use this control and orchestration capability, including:
