To maximize process improvement, collaboration and user involvement we automatically create a discussion for each action in a Knowledge Gene. This allows you to ensure that everyone's voice is heard.

Standard Playbooks - WHAT-HOW-WHY proven procedures are presented in easy-to-read book form. A simple mind map is accompanied by explanatory text. The system can track who's viewed or downloaded what. Procedure changes can be automatically propagated with alerts. Self-certification and other governance controls can be applied.
Interactive Playbooks - User selects situation and clicks. The interactive playbook automatically presents the next step to the user, working all the way through the WHAT-HOW-WHY Knowledge Gene. If required, entry fields can also be presented for capturing information as the user steps through the Playbook. Administrators can receive automatic compliance tracking.
